  • Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on the supplier and your location.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

3. Delays & External Factors

  • Delays due to customs, postal backlogs, supplier issues, or high seasonal demand are outside of our control.

  • Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delayed delivery does not qualify for an automatic refund.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in your package being returned or destroyed, and no refund will be issued.
