Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Sweat Wear Online We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but it is important to outline clearly what is and is not eligible for a return or refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description on our website.

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • A request for return is submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Underwear, socks, swimwear, or other intimate apparel.

  • Sale, clearance, or final sale items.

  • Any product that has been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items returned without prior approval.


3. Return Process

  1. To request a return, please contact us at support@sweatwear.online with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item and packaging

    • A description of the issue

  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

  3. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.


5. Order Cancellations & Changes

Because we work with multiple suppliers who begin processing orders immediately:

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier but cannot issue refunds until the courier confirms the package cannot be delivered.

  • Extended shipping times due to customs, postal delays, or supplier backlog are not grounds for automatic refunds.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item or size, please place a new order once your refund is approved.
